About Us 
Troup County Umpires Association has been organized for over 25 years and officiates all ages from 9 years old to adults; including high school and college level in both baseball and softball. Our umpires strive to better themselves by attending annual rule clinics, training camps, local clinics and meetings. This has contributed to Troup County Umpires being selected to officiate high school playoff and championship games, Dixie Baseball State and World Series, ASA National Tournaments in both slow pitch and fast pitch softball. Although working at this level is always something to strive for our most important job is to officiate the recreation league games here in our community.
Our mission is to officiate each ball game in a manner that brings professionalism, integrity, and fair play to the sport we officiate and to continue development through study of playing rules and umpire mechanics.
